Problem Note 65200: SAS® Web Report Studio scheduling and distribution fails when using the report output generation tool and the Platform Suite for SAS®
SAS Web Report Studio scheduling and distribution might stop working if you are using SAS® 9.4M6 (TS1M6). This problem occurs if you are using the report output generation tool or the Platform Suite for SAS scheduler. When this problem occurs, the SASBIReportServices.log contains an error that is similar to the following:
ERROR [main] 2019-12-04 09:28:59,232 [unknown:unknown] com.sas.services.deployment.OMRMetadataSource - Unable to open a connection to the SAS Metadata Server on "demo.sas.com:8561".
com.sas.metadata.remote.MdException: No user has been authenticated.
It also contains a warning that is similar to this:

Scheduling and distributing with the built-in SAS® In-Process Scheduling server is not affected by this problem. You can use this scheduler as a workaround.
