After you edit a note in a case or incident in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might not be able to see the note. The problem occurs for the first note that was added to a case or incident.
The problem could occur under the following conditions:
After you click Update in step 5, you are no longer able to see the note on the Notes tab.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
