Problem Note 65162: You might not be able to view a note added to a case in SAS® Enterprise Case Management after you edit the note
After you edit a note in a case or incident in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might not be able to see the note. The problem occurs for the first note that was added to a case or incident.
The problem could occur under the following conditions:
- Click the Notes tab for a case or incident that does not already contain a note.
- Enter text for the note in the comment box, and select a category.
- Click Post to save the note.
- Click Edit to edit the note that you saved in step 3.
- After updating the note text, click Update to save the note.
After you click Update in step 5, you are no longer able to see the note on the Notes tab.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
