Problem Note 65158: The SAS® Risk Governance Framework does not honor the "monitor.async.maxThreads" configuration property

When you specify a value for the monitor.async.maxThreads property in the configdata.properties file, the SAS Risk Governance Framework might not honor the setting. Instead, the web application might not limit the number of asynchronous tasks running concurrently in the user interface.
