Problem Note 65157: You see an "unexpected server error" message when you defer the selection of a workflow for an incident in SAS® Governance and Compliance Manager

In a content release on the SAS® Risk Governance Framework, you can defer the selection of a workflow until after the business object instance has been created. To defer the workflow selection, set the workflow name for the business object to DEFERRED in the configdata.properties file, as shown below:
monitor.customObject86.workflowName=DEFERRED
However, SAS Governance and Compliance Manager might display an error when you defer the workflow selection for incidents. You might see the following error when you create a new incident, select a workflow template, and save the object:
An unexpected server error occurred.
When the problem occurs, the SASRiskGovernanceFrameworkMidTier.log contains the following error:
com.sas.workflow.framework.client.WorkflowServiceException: No ids found for LabelPath: def:/DEFERRED
