Problem Note 65080: You see a "delegation cannot be deleted" error when you try to delete a delegation in the SAS® Risk Governance Framework

When you try to delete a delegation in the SAS Risk Governance Framework, you might see the following error:
Delegation cannot be deleted because it is currently being used.
The problem occurs after the delegate logs on to the web application and chooses to act on your behalf, even if the delegate logs off from the web application.
