Problem Note 65040: The SAS® Workload Orchestrator web interface dashboard intermittently displays an error message "Oops! An error has occurred. Please try again later"

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

The SAS® Grid Manager Workload Orchestrator web interface dashboard queries SAS Grid Manager to update every few seconds. If SSL/TLS is configured in SAS Grid Manager, one or more of these endpoints might respond with an unexpected format. This behavior causes the error to appear repeatedly, although the page itself appears to be populating as expected.

In this scenario, the following error is displayed in the user interface:

Oops! An error has occurred. Please try again later.

If you review the console log for the browser in the developer tools, you see that the web application did not receive any content in the response:

sap-ui-core.js:81 date time sas.grid.ui.home.view MessageToast: "Oops! An error has occured. Please try again later" -
sap-ui-core.js:26 GET https://grid.demo.sas.com:8901/sasgrid/api/services?_=############# net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

If SSL is disabled, the error does not occur.
