Problem Note 65015: Running SASCP under z/OS 2.4 can result in S13E during SAS® termination

When you run the SASCP executable with the ISPSTART CMD under z/OS 2.4, SASCP causes a system abend 13E during the termination of SAS.
IBM APAR OA58617 has been opened by ISPF to update ISPF ESTAE to not surface the S13E abend. You need to apply PTF for ISPF. See OA58617: When running an ISPF application in V2R4, ABENDS13E can be incorrectly reported as an error with message ISPD210 for more information.
