Problem Note 65918: SAS® Workflow Services fails to respond after a com.sas.workflow.engine.policy.PolicyExecutionException error occurs for a workflow instance
In a SAS® solution such as SAS® Model Risk Management or SAS® Governance and Compliance Manager, you might not be able to perform any workflow actions after creating a workflow-enabled business object. When the problem occurs, you see an error that is similar to the following in the SASWorkflowServices9.4.log:
ERROR [sastrust] com.sas.workflow.engine.services.policy.impl.PolicyExecutorImpl - Error in Policy thread taskExecutor-13: com.sas.workflow.engine.policy.PolicyExecutionException: No timer value specified in Schedule Timer data object, './EFFFROMDT__DAYSBEFORE30', within policy defined on process, 'GRC_Policy'
