Problem Note 65862: The errors "The CIMPORT procedure cannot be run..." and "Bad product ID for procedure CIMPORT" appear in SAS® Viya® 3.4 or SAS® Viya® 3.5
For SAS® Visual Analytics either on SAS Viya 3.4 or on SAS Viya 3.5, the following error messages can appear in the SAS log:
ERROR: The CIMPORT procedure cannot be run in this Viya client
ERROR: Bad product ID for procedure CIMPORT.
These messages appear after you try to run PROC CIMPORT.
For SAS Viya 3.4, similar error messages can also occur for the PERMTEST, ODSTEXT, ODSLIST, or DOCUMENT procedures.
