Problem Note 65814: Access violation error in the CYCLE statement with ALGORITHM=BUILD in PROC NETWORK or the network action set

In SAS® Visual Data Mining and Machine Learning and SAS® Optimization, using ALGORITHM=BUILD in the CYCLE statement along with the options OUTCYCLESLINKS= or OUTCYCLESNODES= , the following error might occur in the NETWORK procedure (or network action set) or OPTNETWORK procedure (or optNetwork action set):
ERROR: Exception code description 'Access violation'
