Problem Note 65765: DataHubException and HTTP 404 errors appear in the datahub log when entities are re-indexed in SASĀ® Visual Investigator
While re-indexing entities, you might notice HTTP 404 errors and datahub exception messages like the following in your datahub log:

2020-03-25 22:43:48.403 ERROR 14 --- [ctTypeExecutor8] o.s.batch.core.step.AbstractStep : service [505c58485ad40e55] Encountered an error executing step createNewIndex in job objectTypeChildJob
com.sas.fcs.datahub.DataHubException: The index for the object "object-name" could not be created.
These messages appear because of possible concurrency differences in the cache.
This issue resolves after at least one full re-indexing job is completed.
