As an administrator, you might not receive the correct access to perform specific functions in the Administration interface regarding alerts. Access is denied when you try to perform these actions:

• Prioritize queues or dispositions
• Create new dispositions
• Access existing dispositions
• Create new queues
• Access existing queues or strategies

This issue can occur when you sign in to the Administration interface as a member of the sviadms group, and the Administer core metadata objects capability is not assigned for the group.

A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
