Problem Note 65507: SAS® Enterprise Case Management does not include suspect party information in a SAR 90-day case
SAS Enterprise Case Management might not include the party information when you create a SAR 90 case through the SAR 90-day review process. The problem occurs after you perform the following steps:
- Create a case from an alert.
- Create a corresponding regulatory report.
- Create an e-file, and submit it to FinCEN.
- Complete and close the report.
- Create the SAR 90 case from the completed report.
The SAR 90 case might not inherit the party from the original case.
