The SAS Event Stream Manager for Docker Hot Fix addresses the following issues:

• Fixed an issue in SAS Event Stream Manager where ESP servers appeared in the wrong tenant. 
• Enabled an unavailable ESP server that had running projects to be removed from a SAS Event Stream Manager deployment.
