Problem Note 65448: Some CAS actions fail when you use the CAS REST API with OAuth authentication

Some CAS actions fail when you submit them using the CAS REST API and authenticating with an OAuth token.
A workaround is to use basic authentication to submit actions to the CAS REST API.
