Problem Note 65418: Uploading a synonym file to SAS® Visual Investigator fails with "An error has occurred..." when using the Japanese (ja-JP) or Korean (ko-KR) locale

When you use the tenant locale in Japanese (ja-JP) or Korean (ko-KR) in SAS® Visual Investigator 10.6, you might encounter the following generic error message when you upload a synonym file for a Synonym search: 

An error has occurred.  Errors are written to the log and the application administrator has been notified
