Problem Note 65414: An "Access denied" exception appears when a non-administrator user accesses an object manager

In SAS® Visual Investigator 10.6, when a non-administrator user accesses an object manager, the following pop-up error message appears:

Server Error:  Access denied

The following steps can reproduce this issue:

  1. Create a new object manager and select the Allow the user to create objects option.
  2. Sign in as a non-administrator user who does not have the Administer core metadata objects functionality.
  3. Try to open the object manager that you created in the first step.
