Problem Note 65404: The user interface of SAS® Adaptive Learning and Intelligent Agent System is inaccessible in SAS® Visual Investigator
When you are training a model in SAS Adaptive Learning and Intelligent Agent System, the model might fail. The application UI is then inaccessible in SAS Visual Investigator, and you see a “500 Internal Server Error” message on-screen.
The following error message can also appear in the CAS log:
ERROR: Cloud Analytic Services failed writing to system disk space. Please contact your administrator.
This issue is more likely to occur when the data contains categorical variables with many distinct values.
A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
