Problem Note 65403: A "List items—Failed" error occurs in the accessibility checker in Adobe Acrobat regarding a tagged file that is created by the ODS PDF destination

For a tagged PDF file that is created by the ODS PDF destination, the accessibility checker in Adobe Acrobat reports the error "List items—Failed" when the file meets these conditions:
- The file is created with the ACCESSIBLE argument in the ODS PDF statement, or the ACCESSIBLEPDF system option.
- The ODSLIST procedure is used to create a list in the file, and that file also contains a nested sublist.
- At least two list items follow the nested sublist.
For example, the following list structure does not cause the error:
Item 1
Item 2
Item 2a
Item 2b
Item 3
Item 2
Item 2a
Item 2b
Item 3
However, in the following list structure, items 4 and 5, which follow the nested sublist, have incorrect tags and thereby cause the error:
Item 1
Item 2
Item 2a
Item 2b
Item 3
Item 4
Item 5
Item 2
Item 2a
Item 2b
Item 3
Item 4
Item 5
The incorrect tagging does not affect the ability of a screen reader to read the text. The screen reader reads the list in the correct order.
