Problem Note 65395: You attempt to export the Alert Activity grid to Microsoft Excel, but the download does not complete successfully

When you try to export the Alert Activity grid from SAS® Visual Investigator to Excel, you see a pop-up window that contains a Downloading progress indicator, but nothing happens and the grid does not export.
