Problem Note 65234: An entity with child entities does not appear in SAS® Visual Investigator search results, and you see an IndexingException message in the datahub log

When you search for entities, an entity with child entities might not be properly indexed. This issue, which can occur intermittently, is demonstrated when you search for the known entity but do not see it in your search results. In addition, the datahub log shows the following message:

IllegalArgumentException: Value for key [customer_id_number] cannot be null
IndexingException: The item was not read.
