Compabilitity

API server changes were made to be combatible with the latest release of SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2.   

Privileges

With SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.2, global privilege

PRIVILEGE_VIEW_ADMINISTRATIVE_DASHBOARD_TILES

has been added and has been added in this API release.  The scoped

privilege PRIVILEGE_MANAGE_VERSIONING was also added

and takes the place of the now deprecated

PRIVILEGE_DISABLE_VERSIONING.  

PRIVILEGE_DISABLE_VERSIONING will be removed in the next

API release.

Analysis Results Metadata

The Analysis Results Metadata concept in SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 5.1.x has been replaced with the TLF (Tables, Listings, and Figures) concept.  The export method on the StudyService for analysis results metadata is now deprecated, and the new TLF export method should be used in its place.  The deprecated export method will be removed in the next API release.

File Digest

The RepositoryFile and RepositoryFileVersionInfo objects now have a getDigest() method that returns a String digest value.  It uses the message digest algorithm, MD5.  When uploading and downloading a file, users can compare this value to the MD5 digest value generated on the file system to verify they are the same file.
