Problem Note 65097: You see a "you do not have permission" error when you try to act on behalf of another user in the SAS® Risk Governance Framework

When you try to act as a delegate for another user in the SAS Risk Governance Framework, you might see the following error:
You do not have permission to act on behalf of this user.
The problem occurs when you customize the delegation function and specify a day and time for the delegation to take effect.
