Problem Note 65061: Bulk loading to Microsoft SQL Server results in the error "Datetime field overflow..."

When bulk loading to Microsoft SQL Server, you might receive the following error:
ERROR: CLI execute error: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0]Datetime
field overflow. Fractional second precision exceeds the scale specified in the
parameter binding.

As a workaround, you can use BULKLOAD=NO.
