Usage Note 65029: You see a blank screen after trying to access the SAS® Workload Orchestrator web interface in Internet Explorer
When you try to access the SAS Workload Orchestrator web interface within an Internet Explorer (IE) browser window, you might see a blank screen but receive no error messages.
IE defaults to using Compatibility View when showing web pages on the intranet. This setting causes the UI to run in an older version of IE. The SAS Workload Orchestrator web interface is supported for only IE 11 and newer versions.
To turn off Compatibility View within IE, take these steps:
- Press Alt to display the IE menu.
- Select Tools ► Compatibility View settings.
- Remove the check mark next to Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.
- Click Close.
