The new StandardsService allows the ability to retrieve and export global standards.

Global Controlled

Terminology Dictionaries

The new DictionaryService allows the ability to retrieve and export global controlled terminology dictionaries.

Global External Dictionaries

The new ExternalDictionaryService allows the ability to retrieve and export global external dictionaries.

Studies

The new StudyService allows the ability to:

-          Export study component metadata.

-          Export zero observation data sets for study tables.

-          Associate and disassociate global standards with a study.

-          Associate and disassociate external dictionaries standards with a study.

-          Set controlled terminology dictionaries for a study.   Order determines the precedence of duplicate code lists in a study.

-          Get standards, dictionaries, and external dictionaries associated with a study.

-          Get studies associated with standards, dictionaries, and external dictionaries.

-          Manage edit status for individual study components.

Process Definitions

In addition to getting process definitions by context, new methods on the ProcessDefinitionService provide the following functions:

-          Deploy a process definition.

-          Activate and suspend a process definition.  Process flows can only be created from active definitions.

-          Get all process definitions in the system.

-          Get a process definition.

Process Flows

The ProcessFlowService has two additional methods to activate and suspend a process flow.

Job Metrics

Two additional metrics are provided with the job manifest.  They are the total number of inputs transferred to the repository as well as the total SAS execution time (in ms) for the job.

Recycle Bin

The RecycleBinService has a new method to permanently delete items by query. This allows a user with the Permanently Delete Items privilege to delete items as specified by a query without first retrieving them.  

The RecycleBinQuery object now has a recurse flag which will give the user the option to search or delete at a location and its subfolders or just at the current location.  The default is true to recurse

Types

The TypeService has two new methods to get the list of types that can be searched and to get the list of types that are audited.
