Problem Note 64937: Some SAS® web applications do not open when SAS® Home is not installed
If your environment does not include SAS Home, SAS web applications might sometimes fail to open. Typically, the log for the application contains a message that is similar to this one:

Please ensure that the application and/or process surfacing this interface is still in the process of starting.
