Problem Note 64935: The sasmaextract utility in SAS® Customer Intelligence fails when you use it inside a Process node in a diagram
When you use the SAS Customer Intelligence sasmaextract utility to extract your campaigns, you might encounter an issue when you use the utility inside a Process node that is linked to a Communication node.
When you run the post processing, the following error message might be displayed in the SASCustIntelCore6.x.log file:
Extracting: [xxx] Campaign Management\Campaigns\Test (DGGGWCBSXJBRQDP2)
ERROR: A problem has occurred extracting - [xxx] Campaign Management\Campaigns\Test (DGGGWCBSXJBRQDP2)
Exception retrieving FlowState
at com.sas.analytics.crm.auxdataio.integration.MAIntegrationCommand.run(MAIntegrationCommand.java:247)
at com.sas.analytics.crm.auxdataio.extract.MAExtract.main(MAExtract.java:125)
Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
Currently, you can work around this problem by running the sasmaextract utility from a command line outside of the campaign.
