Problem Note 64905: Linked objects result in an empty set of data in SAS® Visual Analytics Viewer when the report is saved at the lowest level of the hierarchy

In SAS Visual Analytics Viewer, you might encounter the following warning message for some linked objects:
This warning might occur when you have an object that contains a hierarchy in the Category role such as the bar chart shown in the following display:
The object with the hierarchy is linked to a second object. In the following display, the bar chart is linked to the key value object:
When you save this report with the hierarchy in the bar chart fully expanded to the lowest level, you might see the warning when you open the report in SAS Visual Analytics Viewer.
For example, before saving the report, you drill-down on Asia in the bar chart and reach the lowest level of the hierarchy.
You save the report and open it in SAS Visual Analytics Viewer. You navigate back to a higher level in the hierarchy by selecting All Origin-DriveTrain in the breadcrumb. You then drill-down to any value other than Asia. At this point, you see that the linked object contains an empty set of data.
