Problem Note 64882: A SARX efile is accepted by the FinCEN although both "Initial report" and "Continuing Activity Report" flags are selected or set to "Y"
You receive the following data validation warning when you electronically file a Suspicious Activity Report in XML (SARX) to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN):
InitialReportIndicator contains a "Y" value and either/both of the following elements also contain a "Y" value: CorrectsAmendsPriorReportIndicator, ContinuingActivityReportIndicator
This warning appears because you accidentally selected both Initial report and Continuing Activity Report indicators in the report.
At this time, SAS® Anti-Money Laundering does not verify that these two fields are not both selected or set to "Y" during the report generation.
