Problem Note 64863: You are able to route entities, cases, or CDD reviews to a queue that was deleted
The concept of queues is to limit access to entities, cases, and reports, based on roles and permissions for users and groups.
Queues are administered from the Admin menu in the SAS® Anti-Money Laundering user interface. Queues can be created, edited, and deleted.
After a queue is deleted, however, it might still be available for routing, even though it should not be available. Consequently, you can route the following information incorrectly to a deleted queue:
- entities, from the Entity Triage list
- cases, from the Case page
- Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews, from the CDD Review page
