The transaction grid on a Case Details page includes a Source button that enables you to select the source of the displayed transactions.
Generally, the Alerted Transactions selection means that transactions are fetched from the data mart. The Historical Transactions selection indicates that transactions are fetched from the Core database, so that you can specify a wider date range for the transactions.
However, the Historical Transactions selection is not working correctly. Even after you select Historical Transactions, transactions are fetched only from the data mart.
Starting with Hot Fix A5T008, the data mart is the only available source for the transaction grid on a Case Details page.
As a reminder, the fcf.svr.aml.entityTriageDMLookback preference enables a SAS® Anti-Money Laundering administrator to set a range of days to consider when displaying the transactions.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
After you apply the hot fix in this note, the Source button is removed from the interface for the Case Details page.
