Problem Note 64824: The image that is specified with the PREIMAGE or POSTIMAGE style attribute appears in the wrong place in a PDF file

An image that is specified in the PREIMAGE or POSTIMAGE style attributes of a custom style does not appear correctly in a PDF. Instead, it is placed on the wrong page and in the middle of the page. This issue occurs when these conditions are true:
- The CONTENTS=YES option is used in the ODS PDF FILE= statement.
- The PREIMAGE or POSTIMAGE style attribute is used in a custom style created by the TEMPLATE procedure.
- Results that are generated by SAS/GRAPH® software or ODS GRAPHICS are included in the PDF file.
