Problem Note 64794: Risk score levels do not display correctly on the Customer Details page when more than three risk score levels are in the FSK_LOV table
In SAS® Customer Due Diligence 7.1, the risk score levels can be modified to define four or more levels. To achieve this change, you must modify the CDD_SCORE_CLASSIFICATION lookup table, in the FSK_LOV table, and also make other adjustments. These actions are described in the FSK_LOV Table section of the SAS® Customer Due Diligence 7.1: Administration Guide.
However, the customization to enable more than three levels is not working currently when any hot fix from Hot Fix 1 to Hot Fix 6 is applied. Consequently, on the Customer Details page in the application, in the Customer Summary section, the risk score is always limited to one of the first three risk score levels defined in the CDD_SCORE_CLASSIFICATION lookup table.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
