Problem Note 64793: The "Close Date" field is missing a date in the result set for an alert search
In SAS® Anti-Money Laundering, the Close Date status of an alert might be missing in a search result.
This issue can occur under these circumstances:
- An alert is added to a case.
- The case is closed.
- You select Search ► Alerts. You then launch the search by selecting Closed by Case in the Alert Status drop-down list, or by entering the specific alert number in the Alert ID field.
- In the search result set, the Close Date field for that alert is empty.
