Problem Note 64792: A report is not created after you select the "Report Required" check box in the "Edit Relationship" window for an external party
On a case details page, in the Case Entities section, you can edit an entity and select the Report Required check box. However, the report fails to generate when the entity is an external party, and when one or both of these conditions are met:
- The country code for the street address uses only two characters, instead of three.
- The account number is missing.
The errors that appear are similar to the following.
- In the SAS Anti-Money Laundering user interface:
Error: An unexpected server error has occurred. Please contact the administrator.
rest/regulatoryReports: 500
Error creating report from Case xxxxxxx
- In the SAS ComplianceSolutionsMid7.1.log, when fsc_ext_party_account_dim.street_country_code uses two characters only:
Unexpected server error. NullPointerException
- In the SAS ComplianceSolutionsMid7.1.log, when fsc_ext_party_account_dim.account_number is missing (null):
NotFoundException.com.sas.aml.services.rest.NotFoundException
