Problem Note 64791: Comments and changes in the Required Review Steps panel for a CDD review might not be saved
In SAS® Customer Due Diligence 7.1, the Required Review Steps panel enables you to set Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) review requirements for a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review.
When you make changes in the panel for these steps, and save the CDD review, a message says "CDD Review xxxx saved." Despite this message, those modifications might not have been saved successfully. This problem is more likely to happen when you update two review steps at the same time. It also might occur after you first select a step, clear that selection, and then continue to make changes to a different step.
A workaround is to update one step at a time, or to ensure that all changes have been recorded by reopening the CDD review after it is saved.
