If you have recently upgraded the systemd package to version 67 (systemd-219-67.el7_7.1.x86_64), you are not able to start RabbitMQ and Postgres (sasdatasvrc) due to an integration problem.

To work around the problem, downgrade the version of the systemd package to 62.
