Problem Note 64688: "500:java.lang.IllegalArgumentException..." occurs when you upload an input data set in SAS® Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.6
The following error occurs when you upload an input data set to multiple tasks in SAS Infrastructure for Risk Management 3.6:
500:java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Federated area id cannot be empty !
This error occurs when the process flow definition contains at least two occurrences of the same input attached to multiple tasks. If you upload the input of the first task, then try a second upload of the same input on the second task, you get the error.
