Problem Note 64659: You cannot start a new task when an existing task is still running in SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench

SAS Risk and Finance Workbench prevents you from starting another task if there is an existing task that is still running.
After you apply the hot fix in this SAS Note, this restriction is removed and you can perform parallel execution of tasks.
