Problem Note 64658: You see a "Nothing to save" pop-up error message when you press Ctrl-S to re-save a process flow in SAS® Studio

In certain circumstances, you receive the following pop-up message that says "Nothing to save" when you are attempting to re-save a process flow:
The message appears after you take these steps:
- Save a new process flow.
- Leave the process flow open for editing.
- Edit the process flow.
- Press Ctrl-S to re-save the flow.
A workaround is to click Save from the menu, or to exit the process flow and re-open the flow before it is re-saved.
