Problem Note 64506: The error "[CELLNODENAME]: Error in the stored process or a called macro - vendor code: 1012" occurs when a SAS® Customer Intelligence campaign fails

A SAS® Customer Intelligence campaign that contains a Cell node fails, generating an error similar to the following:

This problem occurs when the check box Make cell data available to SAS® Customer Intelligence 360 is selected for Cell node and that node is not in that main diagram flow. When this problem occurs, no data is uploaded to SAS® Customer Intelligence 360.

When this problem occurs, the SASCustIntelCore6.5.log file also contains an error similar to the following:

MPRINT(HANDLE_CSV_DATA):   proc sql noprint;
MPRINT(HANDLE_CSV_DATA):   select count(*) into : nobs2 from MATables.TEHBBGPEOLNFSQOLZsasdemo;
ERROR: Table MATABLES.TEHBBGPEOLNFSQOLZSASDEMO doesn't have any columns. PROC SQL requires each of its tables to have at least 1 column.

To work around this error, include the Cell node (if possible) in the main diagram flow or split the diagram so that the node that is performing the upload is in a linked diagram that does not contain a communication.
