Problem Note 64501: The SAS® Workflow Service fails to start in a SAS® Viya® 3.4 multi-tenant environment

When you attempt to start a multi-tenant environment with SAS Viya 3.4, the SAS Workflow Service might fail to start. When the problem occurs, you see the following error in the SAS Workflow Service log file:
Configuration property name 'jdbcUrl' is not valid:
Invalid characters: 'U'
Bean: entityManagerFactory
Reason: Canonical names should be kebab-case ('-' separated), lowercase alpha-numeric characters and must start with a letter
Action:
Modify 'jdbcUrl' so that it conforms to the canonical names requirements.
