DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

Overview

SAS Visual Analytics might display "An error occurred" when you add an aggregated measure that uses Boolean operator to an object such as a list table. Typically, the problem occurs for these types of expressions:

  • The IF operator is used to compare a category.
  • The IF operator is used to compare a date or a category combined with an AND.

Following are some examples.

The IF Operator Compares a Category

Here is the aggregated measure expression:

Workaround

Create new numeric data items to replace the conditions that cause this issue.  For example:

1. Create a new measure and set it equal to 1 or 0.

2. Create a new aggregated measure using the Flag data item for the comparison.
