Problem Note 64419: Clicking "Export" on the Scenarios tab in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering sets both segmentsEnabledInd and btlEnabledInd to null

If you select Admin ► Scenarios in SAS Anti-Money Laundering and you export selected scenarios, you see that the following fields are set to null when you open the ScenarioExport.json file:
- segmentsEnabledInd
- btlEnabledInd
The above fields are set to null, regardless of the setting (Y or N) for the following fields in the FSK_SCENARIO table for the selected scenarios:
- SEGMENTS_ENABLED_IND
- BTL_ENABLED_IND
This issue can occur after Hot Fix 5 is applied.
