Problem Note 64372: Dynamic resources are not updating in SAS® Workload Orchestrator on non-English Microsoft Windows operating systems

In SAS Workload Orchestrator, dynamic resources are not updating.

This issue is encountered when SAS Workload Orchestrator is running on a non-English Windows operating system.

You might see the following English-language messages in the SAS Workload Orchestrator log. Each message is also followed by the same error text in the language that is used on the operating system:
