Problem Note 64351: An MAIQService error occurs when you update counts in a Cell node when the upstream Select node's criteria value is a data item
You might receive the following error when you update counts in a Cell node that is in a SAS® Marketing Automation selection campaign:
The error occurs under the following circumstances:
- You create a selection campaign with a Select node that is connected to a Cell node.
- In the Select node, you choose a data item and set the value in the criteria for that data item to be another data item (rather than specific values).
- You update counts in the Cell node. When you do this, the error that is shown earlier is displayed.
