Problem Note 64321: Case cost, effective cost, and regular cost might be incorrect in approved promotions

In SAS® Promotion Optimization, case cost, effective cost, and regular cost might be incorrect in approved promotions. This issue is likely to occur when the promotion contains a vendor deal. When this issue occurs, the regular cost value is discounted and the case cost and effective cost values are double counted.
