Problem Note 64292: Adding a caseStatusClosed preference in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering does not close the case if it is used
If you add a caseStatusClosed preference in SAS Anti-Money Laundering and use it to close a case, the case does not close.
For example, you add E in the caseStatusClosed field as shown here:
You then set a case status to the description that is associated with E as defined in the FSK_LOV table and save the case, but the case does not close.
