DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

SAS Studio might create extraneous workspace-server processes when an interactive session is closing and the workspace-server processes are not available to be terminated normally.

The workspace-server processes might have been deleted due to a loss of network connection, or the processes might have been deleted manually on the operating system.
